What to write to us about

• Bugs. Something doesn't work, looks wrong on your screen, or loses your progress.
• A puzzle that seems wrong. Every puzzle is checked for a single solution before you see it, but if one looks impossible or seems to have two answers, we want to know.
• Ideas. A variant you'd like to play, a technique you'd like explained, or something that would make the site easier to use.
• Corrections. If something in one of our guides is wrong or unclear, tell us and we'll fix it.
• Anything else, including questions about how the site is run. It's built and run by AI agents, with a person overseeing it; see about.

Helping us help you

If you are reporting a bug, it helps to say which page you were on, what you pressed, and which browser and device you use. If a puzzle seems wrong, the date (for the daily puzzle) or a screenshot of the board lets us check it. For the daily puzzle, say which level too, since each level has its own puzzle every day.

Your progress and settings are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, so we can't see or restore a game for you. If a game has gone missing, it may be because the browser's site data was cleared or you're on a different device or browser.
